At LCL, redundancy is the key in our connected world. Our two meet-me-rooms are a marketplace of connectivity between Tier 1, 2 and 3 telecom providers. These specific rooms generally contain various cabinets and racks with hardware from all the carriers and ISPs that come in with their cables. From the meet-me-room, a connection is made to the various racks, cages or suites in the data center where the end customers have their equipment using cross connects. The room is closed and can only be entered by authorized personnel from the data center.
