We provide structured cabling and keep all connections in a cable book. Our data center professionals are happy to help you with new patches or extra racks. We have facilities for fiber optics, coax or copper and for 48V DC or 230V AC. Our data centers are accessible to authorized employees day and night. Our employees are also happy to assist you with the installation, maintenance or daily management of your equipment. You can request online access, patches, support, reports or deliveries via the LCL Service Desk.
We secure our data centers according to the highest standards (fencing, camera surveillance, access control, fire and leak detection). With a minimum availability of 99.98% - Tier 3 level - downtime is kept to a minimum. Redundant systems, which are regularly tested, take over in case of problems. That way your services are always available.
