Job description

In this position you are the first point of contact for anyone who comes into contact with LCL. You help these people further and you guide visitors to the meeting room. Offering them a drink is of course obvious. The meeting rooms and cosy area are your domains! Cleanliness and tidiness are key here of course.

You are also responsible for the stock of the office department, you ensure there's a continuou stock of office supplies so your colleagues do not have to worry about this. You process post mail and you are responsible for supporting colleagues.

Profile

  • You are bilingual Dutch & French (English is a plus)
  • You work flexibly
  • You can work both individually and in a team
  • You are customer-friendly and correct
  • You are eager to learn
  • You have a strong foundation of Office software (Excel, Word, ...)

Compensation & benefits

We offer you a full-time position in a thriving SME, where collegiality, professionalism and the "I do care mentality" form the basis of the team. When you start, you get a permanent contract. The gross salary, is supplemented with meal vouchers, eco vouchers and insurance. You work within a 39-hour system. So you have 6 extra days of vacation.
